3. Refund Eligibility
- Refund is available only if no work has started after payment.
- Once review, research, or system work has begun, refunds are not applicable.

4. Re-attempt / Case Review
If needed, we may review and reattempt depending on the situation.

We may request screenshots, case IDs, or links to proceed accurately.
